The journey transforms the destination.
Every morning we get up, we do our thing, we push, we argue, we reflect, we push again. We criticize ourselves, read, reflect, argue and share our struggle with the people we love. And we push. All we want is to take one step. And then start all over again the next day.
And a few years later, we look up and are surprised: While we were focused on our daily step, the plane has taken us thousands of miles from where we were and wanted to go. It happens with dreams, ideas on how to change the world, relationships, jobs, aspirations, our children.
We do have the power over our steps and do the best they go in the right direction.
But we also need to be aware of where the plane is heading.
